Shipping and Refund Policy

Introduction

Tigertoes Farm/Tigertoes Herbs and Teas is committed to shipping our products securely and expeditiously to customers who purchase our products. We package items with the utmost care.
We primarily use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to deliver orders to our customers.

Order Processing Time

It normally takes one to two business days to process an order, once it is received. Processing time may be longer during holidays. 

Shipping

Tigertoes Herbs and Teas offer free standard shipping by USPS, which usually takes three to five business days for packages to arrive. Holidays, weather conditions and USPS delays could prevent orders from arriving within the usual timeframe. We do not ship internationally or to post office box addresses.

You may track your shipped orders with the provided USPS tracking number. If your package hasn’t been scanned for 14 days, we will consider it lost and send you a replacement. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please call or email us for a resolution. Please be prepared to provide your order number.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

Cancellations can be made from the order confirmation notice.
